On Wednesday 06th December we held our carol service where we were joined by the Salvation Army Band. What a wonderful night it was and great fun had by all. We sung hymns accompanied by Gary our organist and carols accompanied by the band. Its was a terrific combination of music. We had readings in between. Band Master Margaret led the tunes, Tryphena sang a beautiful solo and the Timbrels sang and danced for us. See the attached video. Young Betsy and Thomas lit the Advent Candle for us and Juliet our vicar reminded us of the true value in believing.
